Instructions

Step 1
Pre heat oven to 220 C (Fan 200 C/ Gas Mark 7)
Step 2
Stab potatoes with a fork, then microwave on high for 7 minutes. They should be firm but cooked. Or you can bake in the oven for about 45 minutes until they are soft in the middle.
Step 3
Remove the potatoes and leave to cool. Slice them in half and scoop out the flesh in a bowl, leaving the skin intact. Mash the potatoes, add 1tsp Warcestershire sauce, the mustard powder, garlic granules, spreadable cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Mix until combined then stir in the spring onions
Step 4
Spray the outside of the potato skins with the Low Cal spray. Place on a baking tray. Scoop the mixture back into the potato skins. Sprinkle the cheese on top and drizzle the other tsp of Worcestershire sauce on top. Place in the middle of the hot oven for 10 minutes
Step 5
When cheese is bubbling remove and serve
