Instructions
Step 1
Fry the onion, carrot and Mince together until brown.
Step 2
Add the garlic, cumin, tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary and stir

Then pour in the beef stock, and simmer for 20 mins

Thicken with gravy granules, and stir through the frozen peas.
Step 5
Pour into an oven proof dish and set aside.
Step 6
Put the sliced potatoes into a jug, cover with water and out in the microwave for 10-15 mins until starting to get soft.
Step 7
Layer the potatoes on top of the beef mixture, top with blobs of butter
Step 8
Bake in the oven on 160 for about an hour, until golden.
Step 9
Serve with a side of green vegetables, and enjoy!
