Hot Butterbeer... from Universal!
Most recipes I found online required Instant Pudding, but everywhere was sold out by the time I went searching. There were boxes a plenty of the Cook and Serve boxes, so, here's the resulting recipe! It works too, just gotta let it boil to "cook", and sit longer to thicken up.

Ingredients
4 servings

2 Tbspunsalted butter

2 cupswhole milk
3.4 ozPudding Cook and Serve
box

1 tspvanilla extract

2 cupsCream Soda

whipped cream
optional

¼ cupraw sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Combine milk, butter and sugar in a medium-large pot. Heat over stove top until fully dissolved, whisking often.
Step 2
Add in the butterscotch cook and serve pudding mix and vanilla, whisking until combined.
Step 3
Whisk in 2 cups of cream soda, then bring to a boil.
Step 4
Boil until no longer grainy, or roughly 20 minutes.
Step 5
Reduce heat until thickened.
Step 6
Serve now, or transfer to Instant Pot to keep warm for later.
Step 7
Add whipped cream when serving.
