Crispy sausage
Step 1
Place 3 bacon slices next to each other. Now roll up the sausage with the bacon. Repeat with the other sausage.
Step 2
Heat up the pan. Add the sausages and fry until the bacon is crispy and golden brown on all sides.
Onion rings

Slice the onion into thick pieces and pull the onion rings apart.
Step 4
To a bowl add the other ingredients except for the panko and sunflower oil and mix until well combined.

To a plate add the panko.
Step 6
Dip the onion rings into the batter. Make sure they are completely covered. Then coat with the panko.
Step 7
Heat the oil in a small pot. Leave the heat on high and add the onion rings. Fry for about 1-1,5min.
Hot dog
Step 8
Put the sausage in the hot dog bun. Put 3-4 onion rings on top.
Step 9
Now drizzle half the ketchup and mayo over it.
Step 10
Sprinkle on half of the cheddar cheese on top. Melt the cheese with a blowtorch. Alternatively, you can bake the hotdogs in the oven at 200 degrees for about 2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Step 11
Repeat the steps 8-10 for the other hot dog.
