Seared Pork Jowl With Chili Sauce

Ingredients

For Dipping Sauce
1 TbsThai Chili Paste with minced garlic

1 Tbsfish sauce

1 Tbslemon juice

1 Tbssesame oil

1 TbsLight Soy Sauce

1 TbsScallion

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare and slice scallion, and then mix homemade Thai chili(with minced garlic),light soy sauce, lemon juice, sesame oil, fish sauce, and chopped scallion in a bowl for dipping sauce.
Step 2
Melt unsalted butter in a hot sauce pan, add in rosemary to mix. Further add in sliced pork jowl meat in the pan to cook. Season lightly with salt and black pepper, flip meat once one side is golden brown. Continue to cook until both sides turn golden brown. Remove from the heat and plate.
Step 3
Simply dip the jowl meat in chili sauce and enjoy.
