If you half this version it can be made directly in a breakfast sized bowl for 1 as a smaller portion.
I make this 2 serving recipe for one in a glass pyrex pudding bowl as it would boil over in a breakfast bowl.
Ratio is ½ oats : 1 ½ liquid of your choice.

Instructions
Step 1
You can use more or less milk to make it less or more runny.
Step 2
You can add drinking chocolate, cinnamon, sultanas, apple, banana etc to it. Use coconut milk or whole milk it’s up to you.
Step 3
Place everything in a bowl.
Step 4
Place your bowl on the trivet inside Instant Pot that has at least 1 cup of water in.
Step 5
PORRIDGE 10 minutes
Step 6
NPR 10 min (this is important to help finish cooking)
Step 7
Stir well and serve.
