Step 1
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker on high
Step 2
Bring to a boil and cook for 1 hour
Step 3
Reduce heat to low and continue to cook for 23 hours. The longer it cooks the better it will taste and more nutritious it will be.
Step 4
Allow broth to cool. Strain it into large container and discard solids.
Step 5
Refrigerate for at least 12 hours. Remove skim-off fat.
