Brazilian Honey Cake

Also known as Honey Bread. Spiced chocolate honey cakes, filled with dulce de leche and covered in chocolate! I can’t think of anything better than that!
If you wish, you can bake it individually in ramekins.

2 ½ cupsflour
½ cupcocoa powder

Step 1
Separate the ingredients
Step 2
Dry ingredients
In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients (except for the baking powder).
Step 3
Wet ingredients
Then dissolve the soluble coffee in the milk and add it to the bowl. After that add the honey, butter, egg and stir. Finally add the baking powder and stir again.
Step 4
Bake
Preheat the pan to 180°C. Butter a baking sheet (30 centimeters) and sprinkle with powdered chocolate. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C.
Step 5
Filling
Once the cake has cooled, cut it in half and add dulce de leche and close.
Step 6
Topping
Then melt both chocolates and cover the cake.
