Instructions

Step 1
In a medium-sized bowl, add the cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, milk and chia seeds. Whisk until combined.
Step 2
Leave the mixture in the bowl for 15 minutes without stirring. Once seeds have gelled, stir again.
Step 3
Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator overnight or a minimum of 4 hours.
Step 4
Remove the pudding from fridge and stir with a spoon. Serve in small dessert glasses. Top with your topping of choice.
