Double Chocolate Cupcakes

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 200C.

Step 2

Sieve flour into mixing bowl.

Step 3

Add the butter, caster sugar and eggs to the bowl.

Step 4

Mix at lowest speed for a couple of minutes.

Step 5

Add a small amount of baking powder to the bowl.

Step 6

Sieve desired amount of cocoa powder into the bowl.

Step 7

Mix at lowest speed for a few minutes.

Step 8

Add chocolate chips and mix with a spoon.

Step 9

Spoon an equal amount of mixture into each case.

Step 10

Cook for 15 minutes in the oven. Ensure they are cooked through before allowing to cool.
