Instructions

Step 1
Wash and scrub the potato thoroughly with clean water and peel them.
Step 2
After that dry the potato peels using a clean kitchen towel or paper towel.
Step 3
Transfer the potato peels into a mixing bowl to add oil, garlic powder, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix them until well combined.
Step 4
Preheat your air fryer at 200C/400F for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Place the seasoned potato peel in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overlap the peel for the best result.
Step 6
Cook them at 200C/400F for 8-10 minutes. Toss them halfway through the cooking process for the evenly cooked results.
Step 7
Remove the crispy air fried potato peel from the basket. Sprinkle some spring onion over it, and serve them with your favorite dipping sauce.
