Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven at 180°C (356°F).
Step 2
Mix all ingredients for the base and press the dough into a baking pan of 15cm.
Step 3
Bake the base for 15min in the oven.
Step 4
While the base is baking, melt your vegan white chocolate and whisk the cream cheese together with the maple syrup and coconut milk.
Step 5
Fold in the melted white chocolate till the cream is well combined.
Step 6
Crush 5 raffaellos and add them to the cream.
Step 7
Take your base out of the oven and let it cool down before topping it with the filling.
Step 8
Freeze the cake for 2h and than add raffaellos and strawberries as a topping.
