Instructions
Step 1
Put about 1 Tbsp olive oil in a 12" skillet that has a lid. Place beef in skillet, season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Brown beef and crumble into small pieces with spatula as you cook it.
Step 2
Once meat is browned, add in vegetable and beef broth. Season to taste with onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper. Stir well. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15-18 minutes or until vegetable is tender.
Step 3
Stir in cheese. Serve.
