In 3-quart mixer bowl, combine butter and brown sugar; beat at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add melted chocolate, egg, vanilla, and milk; mix well. Add remaining ingredients (except confectioners’ sugar), blend well. Chill 1 hour or until firm enough to shape into 1 inch balls, using a rounded teaspoonful for each. Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake near center of oven at 350 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes (8 minutes for a fudgier cookie; tops will still be soft). Remove carefully from cookie sheet; roll immediately in confectioners sugar to thoroughly coat cookie. Cool on wire racks; roll again in confectioner’s sugar.
