This is a easy dessert to make and goes great with that simple caramel sauce recipe I shared.

Step 1
In a medium sized bowl mix together graham crumbs and melted butter then press that into the bottom of a 12x12 greased baking pan and bake for about 3-4 minutes.

While the crust is cooling crush up your cookies into small chunks and set aside.

With a mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth then add the sugar and beat some more (it’s good practice to scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula after each ingredient is incorporated).

Next add the eggs and whisk until all the eggs are mixed in.

Mix in the sour cream and vanilla, finishing off with folding in the cookie bits.

Spread the filling over the graham crumb crust and bake in a oven heated to 325 for about 35 minutes or until the middle id mostly firm.

It’s best practice to cool slowly in the oven turned off and the door opened a little. This way there will be less cracks. Serve it up with your sauce of choice or whip cream whatever you want.
