Preheat your oven to 180°C

Mix water, oil, baking powder and flour together to form a nice dough.

Lay a piece of parchment paper and make a rough round shape on it with a rolling pin. It is ok to have the edges outside at this point

Transfer the dough on the parchment paper to the baking sheet

Cover your dough with a little corn starch to absorb water from your toppings. Add more for fruit toppings as there will be a lot of juice

Add any desired toppings on top of the dough - fruits, berries, mushrooms, cheese, etc. You can add sugar to the topping if desired. Leave about 3cm around the edge naked.

Flip the edge to the center

Transfer your galette to the oven and bake for 25-30m or until flipped edge is golden brown
