Step 1
Prehat oven to 350-degrees. Saute celery, onion and garlic in butter until transparent. Rinse rice. Place in casserole. Pour in vegetables and drained mushrooms. Add consomme, salt and pepper. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Do not stir.
