Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl, add the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, basil, salt, black pepper. Mix together and marinade in the fridge for 30 mins.
Step 2
Drizzle some olive oil on both sides of the bread. In a pan on medium high heat, toast the bread for 2 mins on each side or until both sides are light brown and toasted. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 3
In a large plate, place the toasted bread and then add the marinated tomatoes on top. Garnish with some basil, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Enjoy !
