Instructions
Step 1
Add your favorited sliced veggies to a mason jar or air tight container. Push them down as much as you can.
Step 2
Add all the sauce ingredients into a separate bowl (best to use a measuring cup for easy pouring).
Step 3
Pour the sauce to cover only 1/4 of the veggies.
Step 4
Shake the jar so all the veggie gets some of that good good.
Step 5
Refrigerate and wait 24 hours to taste.
Step 6
The longer it soaks, the more potent the veggies will be...but also softer.
Step 7
I like it crunchy so we eat it in the same week!
