Crab stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

Instructions

Step 1
Remove stems from mushrooms (discard or save for another use)
Step 2
Set caps aside.
Step 3
In a small skillet, saute onion in 1 tablespoon oil until tender.
Step 4
In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, egg, bread crumbs, ½ cup cheese and seafood seasoning.
Step 5
Gently stir in crabmeat and onion.
Step 6
Spoon ½ cup crab mixture into each mushroom cap; drizzle with remaining oil.
Step 7
Sprinkle with paprika and remaining cheese.
Step 8
Place in a greased 15 inch X 10 inch X 1 inch baking pan.
Step 9
Bake uncovered at 400°F for 15-20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
