Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 375F
Step 2
2. Place all the ingredients apart from the egg, in a microwaveable bowl. Stir gently to mix together. Microwave for 1 minute.
Step 3
3. Stir and microwave on for another 30 seconds or until fully melted.
Step 4
4. Add the egg then mix gently to make a cheesy dough.
Step 5
5. Place on a parchment-prepared baking tray and form into a garlic bread shape.
Step 6
6. Bake at 375F for 10 minutes. Take out and spread 1/2 tsp minced garlic and mozzarella cheese then place back in the oven for another 7 minutes or until cheese is golden brown. Add some fresh chopped parsley and slice. Enjoy!
