Instructions
Step 1
In food processor, blend cheddar, brie, and wine until smooth paste. Add shallot and pulse to combine. In a separate bowl, combine butter and mustard.
Step 2
On parchment-lined counter, Butter bread and lay butter side down. On 4 slices, spread cheese mixture. Place other slice of bread, butter side up on top.
Step 3
Grill in nonstick skillet over med heat.
