Step 1
1. Preheat grill to high. Position shelf to sit in the top third of the oven. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
Step 2
2. Brush bagel halves with half the oil and place on tray. Grill for 1 minute each side or until golden. Cool slightly.
Step 3
3. Spread each bagel half with pizza sauce, top with bocconcini and baby tomatoes. Drizzle with remaining oil. Grill for 3 min or until cheese is melted and tomatoes are softened slightly.
Step 4
4. Top pizzas with basil leaves to serve.
Step 5
**Use pizza base, pitta pockets, flatbreads or English muffins instead of bagels.
Step 6
Bagel pizzas can be made the day before. Store in airtight container in the fridge before reheating.
