Instructions
Step 1
Heat up a pan, add Butter & Flour. Mix til rawness of flour is gone about 2-3 minutes. Then slowly add Milk & continously stir til milk is absorbed into the flour.
Step 2
Now add Onions & Corn mix. Then add in all Spices & mix well and cook for 2 mins (if you like a loose texture add a bit of hot water)
Step 3
Add the Spinach and cook til wilted. Then turn off heat & add Cheese & mix well. The mixture will be stretchy.
Step 4
Take 2 Slices of bread, spread the mixture evenly on one side & close the sandwich.
Step 5
● Heat up a Grill/Fry Pan, spread some butter on the top of the bread slice & grill both sides til golden.
