BLT bites with avocado crema

Instructions

Step 1
In a food processor combine the avocado, seasonings, sour cream and lemon juice. Pulse until smooth.
Step 2
Add 1-2 tbsp of oil a little at a time until you reach your desired consistency. You can make this thick for a dip or thinner for a dressing
Step 3
On a toothpick assemble the BLT bites, the cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomato. Add these to a platter and spoon the avocado crema over top of each bite
Step 4
If desired you can add flaky sea salt on top or chopped fresh cilantro
