Ingredients
2 servings
4 tablespoonAlmond Flour
1Egg
large
1 TbspCream
fluid, heavy whipping
1 TbspButter
Salted
⅛ tspbaking soda
Leavening agents
½ tspvanilla extract
1 packetStevia Sweetener
Packet
2 TBSPfruit
Sugar Substitute
0.5 TBSPcinnamon ground
2 Tbspcream cheese
0.5 TspVanilla Extract
2 TBSPPowdered Sugar Substitute
2 tspbutter
softened
Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the almond flour, egg, heavy cream, soda, salt and melted butter. Stir to combine
Step 2
Spray 2 like sized coffee mugs or ramekins with pan spray.
Step 3
Divide batter among the two mugs. Microwave on high each mug separately, for 1 minute each.
Step 4
While the rolls are cooking, combine the softened butter, softened cream cheese, vanilla extract in a small bowl. If icing is too thick for your liking you can thin out with a bit of heavy cream.
Step 5
When the rolls are done cooking, dump out onto a small plate and frost with the icing while still warm. I find that if you frost while warm the icing won't give you that cooling sensation in your mouth. I even microwave for about 15-20 seconds to warm up the icing after frosting the rolls. Enjoy!
