Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Generously grease a 24-cup mini muffin pan.

In a large mixing bowl, place brownie mix, eggs, water, melted butter, and oil.

Mix well until fully incorporated.
Step 5
Place the cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave and heat until soft.
Step 6
Add 1 tablespoon of the brownie mixture to the melted cream cheese and mix well to fully incorporate.
Step 7
Divide the brownie batter amongst the muffin cups.
Step 8
Add 1 tablespoon of the melted cream cheese over each brownie cup, and use a fork to create a swirl.
Step 9
Bake uncovered for 18 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Step 10
Cool and transfer to a wire rack.
