Instructions

Step 1
In a stock pot over medium a high heat, fry the beef and chorizo, stirring often to break up meat.
Step 2
Pour in diced tomatoes and tomato sauce. Add onion, garlic, bell pepper, chiles, broth. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Season with chili powder, oregano, cumin, cayenne, and paprika. Stir to combine.
Step 4
Cover and bring to simmer over medium heat. Once at a simmer, reduce heat to low and continue to simmer for at least 2hours, stirring occasionally.
