Fuel your gut with this gut friendly homemade naan. Super simple to make and no artificial ingredients.
Naan is only 3 ingredients and won’t take you longer than 10 minutes total to prep and cook
Majority of bread that doesn’t come fresh from a bakery will have artificial ingredients in it, like preservatives, stabilisers and additives which can cause an imbalance in our gut microbiome.

Instructions
Step 1
Measure out everything you need. Equal parts 0% Greek yogurt and plain flour and 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate soda

Bicarbonate soda1 teaspoon
Step 2
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl by hand
Step 3
Add any seasoning you like and mix with your hands
Step 4
It will become a dough, spray the chopping board with 3 sprays of olive oil and divide the mixture into 2 parts

Start to shape each one into a naan shape or whatever shape you would like. If you feel the dough is too dry add some olive oil
Step 6
Start to heat a pan on low/medium heat

Once the pan is heated, add couple of olive oil sprays
Step 8
Gently add in your naan batter and cook on each side for 3 minutes each. You don’t have to move it above just flip it after 3 minutes and it won’t break apart.
Step 9
Now enjoy your naan
