Instructions

Step 1
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F
Step 2
In a medium bowel mash the bananas until smooth.
Step 3
Once smooth add in your 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, and 2 tsp of vanilla extract and mix with either stand mixer or hand mixer until smooth.
Step 4
Once batter is smooth gradually add in you 1 and 1/4 cup of all purpose flour, 1/4 tsp of salt, and 2 tsp baking powder
Step 5
Once dry ingredients are fully incorporated fold in the chocolate chips.
Step 6
Grease your muffin tin with Pam spray on the bottom and sides
Step 7
Add 1/4 cup of the batter to each section in the tin and place in center of oven rack
Step 8
Cook for 15 minutes or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick is clean
