Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven 375F. In med bowl, mix dry ingredients (except reserved flour for berries).

In separate bowl, crack egg & whisk w yogurt, nut oil & honey.
Step 3
Add dry ingredients to wet & stir well, careful not to overmix.
Step 4
In bowl used for dry ingredients, combine berries with 1 tbsp flour. Gently fold in berries to batter.
Step 5
Spoon batter into muffin tin, bake 20mins.
