Instructions
Step 1
One leaf of thai basil for each centiliter of simple syrup and mixed it with an immersion blender, let it rest for an hour and strain it)
Step 2
The foam is 500g of coconut milk and 100g of sugar.
Step 3
I heated coconut and sugar up to dissolve the sugar and cooled it down before I poured it into my siphon and gave it a good shake.
