Instructions

Step 1
If using instant yeast add to dry ingredients. If using Dry Active yeast activate in warm water first
Step 2
Loosely mix together and let sit for 20 Minutes while covered.
Step 3
Knead dough for around 10 minutes- have container of water nearby for hands to be lightly coated - moisten no more than 3/4 times.
Step 4
Leave to rise for 2 hours
Step 5
Lightly dust surface with flour and split dough in half. Shape into balls and wipe away flour. Roll balls one at a time on surface until they roll by themselves and are smooth shaped.
Step 6
Pre-heat over @290 while letting dough rise for 1hr.
Step 7
Slight scattering of flour to flatten out the dough with fingers. Rotate with fingers until right size.
Step 8
Add sauce and toppings and bake for 10-15 minutes.
