For the dough
Step 1
chill 2 hours, poke holes in the bottom, use baking sheets with baking pearls, 170 degrees celsius, 5 minutes
For the lemoncurd

cook till it's thick
For the meringue
Step 3
cook till 120 degrees celsius, put the sirup in the meringue gentle, at the end add vanilla extract
For the tuile
Step 4
bake at 180 degrees celsius for 5 minutes
