Step 1
Start with melting 3 tablespoons of butter, then add flour and mix into a thick paste. Then add the two cans of cream of chicken and let simmer. Next add broccoli and carrots making sure to strain them so the juice doesn’t thin the mixture. If this does happen add more flour and mix to make thick again. Mix all the ingredients then season and mix some more. Once happy with consistency add shredded cheese on top and let it simmer for about 5 mins letting cheese melt. Then mix and add more pepper and let simmer until ready to serve. Cool for about 10 minutes.
