4 TOlive Oil

1 LbMushrooms
Sliced

1 TWorcestershire Sauce

1Yellow Onion
Diced

1 CCarrots
Diced

1 CCelery
Diced

6 ClovesGarlic
Minced

1 tsppaprika

1 tspdried thyme

1 tspdried oregano

1 tsprubbed sage

1 tspdried dill

½ tsppepper

¼ tspRed Pepper flakes

0.25 CFlour

1 CWild Rice blend
uncooked

2 TBeef Base

6 CWater

2 CHalf & Half

1 TBalsamic Vinegar

1Lemon
Juice of, or a bit less
Instructions
Step 1
1. In a pot on Medium-High heat add 2T Butter, 2T Olive Oil, Mushrooms and let them cook for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
2. Add Worcestershire sauce and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, then set aside.
Step 3
3. Add 2T Butter, 2T Olive Oil, Onion, Carrots, Celery and cook till softened.
Step 4
4. Add the Garlic, Spices, and Flour, then mix everything up.
Step 5
5. Add the Mushrooms, Wild Rice, Beef Base, and Water, then mix to combine everything.
Step 6
6. Bring it to a boil. Reduce it to a simmer, and cook it for 45 minutes with the lid on.
Step 7
7. Add the Half & Half, Lemon Juice, and Balsamic Vinegar.
Step 8
8. Salt to taste and you’re done!
