Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F), 160°C fan (320°F), gas mark 4.

Step 2
Spray the tortilla wraps with cooking spray. Sprinkle them evenly with paprika and sea salt.
Step 3
Rub the paprika into the wrap evenly. Turn the wrap over and repeat. Cut the wrap into wide strips, then each strip into tortilla chip shapes.

Step 4
Spray a baking tray with some cooking spray and lay the tortillas out on the tray. Cook on the oven for 5 minutes, then turn them over and cook for another 2 minutes


Step 5
Remove the toasted tortilla chips from the oven and serve with dip and salsa
