Tuna Mousse
Instructions
Step 1
To a blender, add all the pesto ingredients, and process until smooth.
Step 2
To a blender, add all the ‘Tuna’ mousse ingredients and process until smooth.
Step 3
Toast your bread. Spread pesto on both sides. Add the tuna mousse, avocado, tomato, and sprouts. Close your sandwich and enjoy!
