Instructions
Step 1
1. Start by preheating your oven to 200°C.
Step 2
2. To make the streusel, mix the flour, brown sugar and cold butter until it turns to a crumbly texture. (Place it in the fridge after you’ve made it)

3. Mix all your dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. All-purpose flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.

4. In another bowl mix your wet ingredients. Eggs, melted butter, buttermilk, plain yogurt, vanilla extract and lemon juice.

5. Sift in your bowl of dry ingredients gradually into your wet mixture and mix well.

6. Add your blueberries which have been mixed with flour.
Step 7
7. Pour your batter into your muffin tray (around 2 scoops for each muffins for me). Top off with the streusel and you’re done!
Step 8
8. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes. After it’s done baking, turn off the oven and leave it in the oven for 5 minutes before taking out. Enjoy!! 💕💕💕
