Instructions

Step 1
Brown pork chops. Remove from pan. Melt butter and sauté onion and bell pepper until limp. Add rice and brown. Put rice and vegetables in casserole dish. Add tomatoes, enough water to the reserved tomato juice to equal 2 cups. Place pork chops on top. Cover and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until rice is tender and pork chops are cooked through.
