Guinness Glaze

Instructions
Step 1
In a large pan over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Sautee onion once the oil is hot.
Step 2
Add salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and red chili pepper.
Step 3
Add Guinness, and simmer.
Step 4
Add brown sugar and honey, and simmer.
Step 5
In a small bowl, add potato starch and 2 tbsp water, and mix well.
Step 6
Add potato starch water to the pan.
Step 7
Simmer and stir for about 15 minutes until thickened.
Step 8
Let it cool, and put it into a jar.
