Step 1
Pre heat grill or oven to 275 F.

Step 2
Cut bacon in half and season.

Step 3
Make sure the pasta is cold or semi-frozen to form the balls. Scoop enough pasta to form a ball the size of a golf ball. The key is to form them to a size that the bacon will completely cover the pasta. Tip. Use a cookie/ice cream scoop to make them even.

Step 4
Wrap each pasta ball as tight as possible in two slices of bacon; one slice going in each direction.
Step 5
Place on a lined baking rack and cook for about 1 hour or until the bacon is to your liking.
