Step 1
1. Chop onion, tomato, jalapeño, and cilantro

2. Open and drain the can of tuna.
Step 3
3. In a bowl, mix the tuna, vegetables, mayo, mustard, and juice from the pickled jalapeños.

4. Add the tuna salad into the 2 tortillas and add 14 grams of cheese to each wrap.

5. On a skillet, add oil spray and place the wraps with the crease down.
Step 6
6. Brown on each side for 3 minutes or until golden brown on all sides.
Step 7
7. Enjoy by themselves or with a side of choice.
