Step 1
Preheat oven to around 320ËšF and line an 8" square pan with parchment paper.

Mix butter, sugar, and flour together until combined. The mix should be crumbly.
Step 3
Fold in the chocolate chips with your fingers.
Step 4
Pour the mix into the prepared pan and press it down firmly and evenly.
Step 5
Add extra chocolate chips and sugar for topping.
Step 6
Bake for 25-30 minutes and let it cool in the pan.
