Instructions

Step 1
Cut pork loin roast in half and season generously with salt, pepper and seasoning of choice.
Step 2
Add the trivet to the instant pot and some water.
Step 3
Place pork on top of the trivet and cook on high pressure for 12 mins with a 15 minute natural pressure release.
Step 4
Open lid and test the temp of the meat, which should be about 135 degrees. If it’s not quite there yet, close the lid and allow to sit in the pot for a bit longer.
Step 5
Once to temp, remove the meat and allow to rest on a cutting board for several minutes.
