Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. spray a 9 x 13 glass baking dish with gluten free nonstick cooking spray. place chicken in baking dish

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, paprika, cumin and mustard powder together, and stir until fully combined.
Step 3
Rub 1 tablespoon seasoning mixture on each chicken thigh
Step 4
Sprinkle bread crumbs over chicken thighs and press onto skin
Step 5
Drizzle butter over chicken thighs.
Step 6
Bake for 50 minutes, or until the thighs are no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear. A meat thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees.
