Step 1
Take a cucumber and slice it diagonally 3/4 of the way through, not all the way! Turn it around and slice it down diagonally the other way. It should look like a spiral. (Feel free to cut the spiraled cucumber into smaller pieces.)

For the sauce add sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, chili powder, and a very generous amount of sesame seeds in a small bowl. Mix.
