Step 1
Combine all the dressing ingredients in a food processor. Remember, you can always adjust the seasonings + salt to satisfy your taste buds. Set aside.

Using a spiralizer like the one in the video, make your zucchini and yellow squash noodles. Place it in a large bowl, along with the remaining salad ingredients and mix in the dressing.
Step 3
