水晶桂花糕 Crystal Osmanthus Jelly Recipe

4 steps
Prep:5minCook:15min
Goji Berry and Osmanthus are one of my big favourites in Traditional Chinese Medicine foods. Goji Berries are bright orange in colour and are also known as wolfberries, have been eaten for generations in hopes of living longer. To that claim I am unsure but it does pack plenty of vitamins and minerals like Vitamin C, Fibre, Iron and Vitamin A. I also actually love it in my açai bowls! Just not in savoury soups. Osmanthus flowers are intricate beautiful golden flowers have health benefits that include supporting healthy respiratory system and lungs, reduce dampness in the body, aids in digestion and promotes smooth and radiant complexion ❤️ It’s very simple to make and in fact I made it right after I came home from work today. Of course there are many moulds out there that create beautiful designs but I just used my old muffin tray, I didn’t even have to chill that for the jelly to set! Tip: to get a sphere-like shape you can use a small glass bowl inside a big mixing bowl. First put ice around the glass bowl in the mixing bowl and add cold water (not to much so it won’t float) then pour your mixture in to chill. Then chill in the fridge before serving!
