Instructions

Step 1
Mix black sesame powder and ground mixed nut powder together with sugar, further add in melted unsalted butter and water to mix. Pour into a zip bag and let it cool and set in the fridge until it forms into a solid block. Cut block into even and small squares, roll each square into a small ball, set aside.
Step 2
Mix glutinous rice flour and water together, knead the dough until smooth. Separate the dough into long rolls, cut rolls into small strip size. Gently push down on the center of strip to make a wide and shallow hole, add in black sesame ball in the center, and seal the rice dumplings using your thumb and pointer finger.
Step 3
Throw rice dumplings and Goji berries in boiling water to cook for several minutes until they float. Further add in corn starch mixed with water and fermented sweet rice in the soup to mix for a minute. Serve warm.
